It is designed to enhance your clinical skills and confidence in applying DNS principles and manual techniques in clients with scoliosis and postural asymmetry.

DNS functional tests to assess individuals with scoliosis and body asymmetry.
Hands-on workshop to refine manual skills when working with patients with asymmetry.
Review of sagittal stabilization, kids/adults optimal posture, sports performance.
Disturbance of sagittal stabilization in childhood, adulthood & in athletes.
Corrective exercise for individuals with scoliosis based on DNS and reflex locomotion.
Clapp crawling –advanced variations.
Review of corrective exercises based on the DNS functional tests and developmental positions
(modifications of exercises in higher developmental positions – tripod, bear, squat, half kneeling,
step up).
Training of body awareness.
Clarification of how DNS corrective exercises can be integrated into other exercise strategies.
Video and patient demonstrations.
4-day training for each students (even without previous DNS method courses)

risk factors.
10.30 – 10.45 Coffee break.
10.45 – 12.30 DNS functional assessment for asymmetrical poor posture and scoliosis.
12.30 – 13.30 Lunch.
13.30 – 15.00 DNS techniques to restore posture in scoliotic individuals.
15.00 – 15.15 Coffee break.
15.15 – 17.00 Patient demonstration: Complex DNS assessment and treatment of individual with
scoliosis.
Day 2 Friday
9.00 – 10.30 Workshop: treatment strategies for scoliotic clients.
10.30 – 10.45 Coffee break.
10.45 – 12.30 Workshop: DNS modifications, utilization of reflex zones and Klapp’s crawling
within DNS concept in scoliotic clients.
12.30 – 13.30 Lunch.
13.30 – 15.00 DNS Self-treatment for clients with scoliosis, client’s education.
15.00 – 15.15 Coffee break.
15.30 – 17.00 Patient demonstration: Complex DNS assessment and treatment of individual with
scoliosis. Final Discussion.

10.45 – 12.30 Workshop: DNS positions specific for fixing asymmetrical and scoliotic posture.
